At Rolvenden Primary School, we believe that every child is a unique individual with their own path of growth and discovery. Our Early Years Learning Journey is designed to celebrate and support the distinct qualities that make each child special.

This journey captures an overview of the milestones, achievements, and focal points of your child’s early years. Through play, rich language, aspirational adults, inspirational environments and strong home – school links, we nurture each child’s potential, ensuring that their first steps into education are both enriching and joyful.

As the EYFS themes cover a wide range of subjects, we have collected the knowledge organisers here rather than grouping them with individual subjects. As with the other year groups, we operate EYFS on a two year cycle, although several of the themes are very similar between Cycle A and Cycle B.
